"My whole family has gone to the Smile Suite for routine check-ups as well as more complicated things. From front desk to the chair, the staff is always pleasant, professional, and helpful. I also like the use of technologies to remind of appointments and such - between kids and work I like that i am reminded in a variety of ways and can plan accordingly. In most visits, we have been seen on time or within a reasonable window. The later our appointment, the longer we wait, but that's normal, and I do like their extended and Saturday hours. My only suggestion is for younger kids, you may want a first visit to a more kid-focused place to get a really good look - the hygienist didn't seem to spend much time, and the next visit there were cavities that had progressed that weren't even mentioned the first visit."

I was given options other facilities in my case would have never offered me. And everyone was so patient with me. The doctor was amazing as well. "I have been to the Smile Suite many times in the past year (since before my first visit, it had been over 5 years since my last dental appointment). I really like it there (as far as dentists go). The receptionists/administrative staff stands out to me - they are really consistent/friendly and helpful in reminding you of appointments, etc. Dr. Ellis is great and very competent. I've never had any issues with Smile Suite, but I will say that they seem to be very busy on Tuesdays and Thursdays for those evening appointments, so bring something to read. I've had to wait quite a while for many of my appointments, but it's okay with me because I have never had to take off any work for my dental appointments due to the Smile Suite offering evening appointments like this."

"What a great place! I went there and my experience was so nice and easy that I had to make appointments for my two toddlers! They where great with them! No tears! They made it fun and had cartoons on the tv for them as well. The staff is fantastic and the Dentist is so easy to talk to. I am 9 months pregnant and they have made me feel so comfortable! They truly go above and beyond. I can honestly say I have found our family's Dentistry."

"The staff was friendly, informative and willing to answer any questions. I didn't have to wait long to be seen either. I came in for a filling and was out in about 15mins and it wasn't painful either. I also appreciate the music they have playing throughout the office, very relaxing. As a person who hasn't been to the dentist in years, I know I am definitely sticking with this one."

"I remember remarking to Dr. Ellis the first office visit that was expecting pain common from previous dentist's visits at other locations with removal of tartar at the gum line. This was my least favor part of the teeth cleaning process. Now, I do not have to be concerned about having pain while removing the tartar at the gum line. Overall, my experience at the Smile Suite has been excellent.
Dr. Ellis and staff members recommend teeth cleaning daily practices that will promote excellent oral hygiene habits for life."

"Also, the Smile Suite accepts many different dental insurance plans. For example, I started with Delta Dental, but I my employer uses now Guardian Insurance Dental. I had already decided that would pay out of pocket if needed to have my teeth cleaned every 6 months if needed to keep using the Smile Suite. However, I am glad to report the Smile Suite readily accepts this insurance plan in addition to others'.
